Ones such as Blind and poison aren't all that terrible and can easily be cured with magic too. You will be bombarded with negative status effects as you go. Physical items will be just as important to sustaining your team. You should have your Mage healers with you, but you can't only rely on them to do all of the healing. Your mages won't be any good to you without any MP, and it is very difficult to naturally let your MP restore itself. There are no shops available in Trial Mode, and you can only use what you bring with you. You will want to stock up on lots of items before heading in.
